  • Co-ordination of events from initial concept to overseeing installation and on site management
  • Artist contracting; co-ordination of artist requirements, e.g., travel, accommodation, technical requirements and site visits
  • Developing performance schedules for events of varying scales and complexity
  • Managing suppliers including technical services, freelance/casual staff and volunteers. Liaison with production managers, marketing and PR agencies and all other event delivery partners
  • Working knowledge of event production and health & safety.

Arts & Participatory Projects

  • Developing bespoke arts projects across a range of art forms for schools and community groups creating innovate and imaginative ideas
  • Creating projects to respond to specific aims and targets of stakeholders e.g. engaging with diverse communities, addressing health and well-being issues, older people, early years etc
  • Identifying suitable artists, briefing, contracting and managing the delivery of the activity
  • Public art commissioning for large and small scale, permanent and temporary artworks in the public realm
